~ Sweet & Cool Treat ~

These triple digit days have been unbearable. To beat the heat, Sofia and I decided to make smoothies.

The necessities for this yummy treat included:

First, we gathered all our supplies and reminded the sweet assistant that we needed all the ingredients in the kitchen :o)

Blended it all together......

and enjoyed it!

This was an excellent way to get Sofia to eat (drink) fruits she would not normally eat!
