Baby, It's Cold Outside!!

Once again, Texas has experienced crazy weather!!!  It has been COLD!!  We had an ice/snow storm with temps in the single digits at night and teens during the day.  The sun did not even think about shining to warm things up or melt stuff away so we did not have school/work all week!  It has been a GREAT 6-day weekend....with the exception of a little cabin fever......

Friday morning we woke up to snow!!!!  By the time it was over we had 4-5 inches on the ground..... way over what the weatherman said we would get.  So......  we bundled up and headed outside.

Almost ready.....

But, when I opened the door Sofia just stood there..

Yep, still not sure about it..... (she is still inside)

....she had never seen our front yard look like this!....

I had to carry her outside because there was NO WAY she was moving on her own!!!

Carried to a different location with the same look of shock :O)

Our neighbors had already experienced snow fun (and were in the process of building a sled!) so we borrowed their tube to take Sofia for a ride......

maybe a smile?....

followed by a wipeout..... and then she was done and ready to go inside.
